Basically, the game lets you create your own penguin avatar and you walk around and play on its snowy virtual world with other penguins. You can chat with other penguins through "Open Chat" or through "Ultimate-Safe Chat" modes. The Open Chat mode lets you enter your own messages as you chat with other players while the Ultimate-Safe Chat mode only allows you to send messages through a list of phrases.
